Full details meeting two months before your wedding where we’ll get to know each other and go through all the amazing plans you’ve put together so far
Full takeover of all vendor communication two months prior to your wedding so you can focus on little tasks like wedding party gifts and completing your registry
Custom timelines and floor plans for your wedding with detailed information for you, your wedding party, and your vendors
Review of all your vendor contracts anytime after you book so you know you aren’t missing anything before you sign that you might not have thought of
Coordination of and attendance at your final venue walkthrough
Coordination of and running your rehearsal. I’ll make sure your wedding party know who they’re walking with, how fast to walk, where to stand, and remind them to smile!
12 hours on wedding day doing any and everything including (but absolutely not limited to) ensuring everyone is where they need to be when they need to be there, adhering to the timeline, being the point of contact for all your vendors, bringing you food and water, and making sure you’re able to soak it all in!
Setup and breakdown of all your personal decor, then loading it all into the designated vehicle of your choosing
Distribution of your final vendor payments and or gratuities
